The sauna has a beneficial effect on the body and skin. By sweating, we stimulate the faster removal of toxins, thus helping the body to have better resistance. Accelerated metabolism helps to remove harmful substances from the body at 80/100 degrees Celsius. The recommended length of stay in the sauna is 10-15 minutes per treatment. A maximum of 3 treatments per day is recommended.

People could stay in this sauna for longer than in a traditional Finnish sauna. To use a Bio sauna you have to be aware that you do not have specific health problems due to which you cannot use the sauna.

The infrared sauna penetrates into the deeper layers of the skin, this is how it is stimulating blood circulation. It has a beneficial effect on the healing process of soft tissues and muscle. With a 30-minute infrared sauna, our body can lose up to 600-800 calories. Our bodies produce sweat to lose heat while excreting fats as well as harmful toxins.
